Asuhan Keperawatan Klien Yang Mengalami Preeklampsia Dengan Ansietas Di Rsud Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Tahun 2023

Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR CLIENTS EXPERIENCING PREECLAMPSIA WITH ANXIETY AT REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL PANDAN, TAPANULI CENTRAL DISTRICT IN 2023 ABSTRACT Background: Preeclampsia is a syndromic disease with symptoms of increased blood pressure and proteinuria. WHO states that the incidence of preeclampsia ranges from 0.51% - 38.4%. In North Sumatra, cases of preeclampsia were reported to reach 3,670 cases from 351,459 pregnancies. Based on a research survey at Pandan Regional General Hospital in 2021, 9 sufferers were found and in 2022 there were 49 people. Objective: Implement nursing care for clients who experience preeclampsia with anxiety at Pandan Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency in 2023. Method: This research is a descriptive qualitative study carried out through case studies, carried out at Pandan Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency in 2023. Data were collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation studies. Results: The case study shows that for client 1: on day 1, after five finger hypnosis therapy, the level of anxiety decreased, score 15 (mild category), on day 2, the anxiety score was 14 (mild category), and on day 3, the score anxiety is 19 (mild category). While on client 2, after five finger hypnosis therapy, the anxiety level decreased, on day 14 (mild category), on day 2, the anxiety score was 14 (mild category), and on day 3, the anxiety score was 15 ( mild category). Conclusion: Both clients experienced decreased levels of anxiety after five finger hypnosis therapy for 3 days.
