Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Klien Post Operasi Sectio Caesaria Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Kecemasan Di Rsud Tahun 2023

Abstract

*Luhut Pandapotan Harianja, *Maria M Saragi,S.Kep,Ns.M.Kep.Sp.Kep.Mat, *Ramlan SKM.MKM NURSING CARE OF CLIENTS IN POST OPERATIONAL SECTIO CAESAREA WITH ANXIETY NURSING PROBLEMS OF PANDAN HOSPITAL IN 2023 ABSTRACT Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) the average delivery rate for Sectio Caesarea (SC) is around 5-15%. The 2018 Riskesdas results stated that 15.3% of deliveries were carried out through surgery. The number of mothers giving birth in the province of North Sumatra in 2018 was 321,232 people and mothers who were assisted by health workers at health facilities were 265,212 people. Based on a preliminary survey conducted by researchers at Pandan Regional General Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency on February 20TH, 2023, data were obtained on mothers with a caesarean section in 2018 totaling 632 people, in 2019 there were 376 people, in 2020 there were 415 people, in 2021 there were 507 people, and in 2022 there will be 558 people. Objective: Carry out Nursing Care for Postoperative Sectio Caesarea Clients with Anxiety Nursing Problems at Pandan Regional General Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency, in 2023. Research Method: This type of research was descriptive qualitative using the case study approach, the research location was at Pandan Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. Results: The case study showed that client 1 on day 1 after being given deep breathing relaxation therapy decreased anxiety, namely 18 (mild), day 2 anxiety score 16 (mild) and day 3 anxiety score 15 (mild). On client 2 after being given deep breathing relaxation therapy anxiety decreased, namely day 1 anxiety score was 17 (mild), day 2 anxiety score was 16 (mild) and day 3 anxiety score was 15 (mild). Conclusion: In the second study, clients experienced a decrease in anxiety levels after being given deep breathing relaxation therapy for 3 days.
